How do I create an account?
Please click on — Login/Register. You can then register to create your account: fill in with your personal details, your valid email, and a strong password of your choice. You will receive a confirmation e-mail in your box, if not in your spam, as this might happen!
As a registered user, you are able to enjoy all the benefits of your membership: you can be the first to enjoy our promotions! Occasionally, we will send you inspiration. We will inform you first about our new products. Promise, we do not spam and do never sell your details.
If you order above a certain minimum amount, we will pay for your shipping costs.
How do I order?
Look to find the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, proceed to your shopping cart, and then check out. Please check and ensure that all information you provided is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
How do I pay for my orders?
We accept payments via PayPal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA, Maestro, and American Express. You can pay with all main e-Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) and Shop Pay.
We offer some local payments as well, such as Klarna Pay later or Pay Now, iDEAL, Bancontact, and eps-Überweisung.

I have changed my mind. Can I return my order?
We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. Since we are dealing with cosmetics, skincare and beauty products, (and we hope you will understand this regarding hyghygienic issues), we only accept returns for damaged and/or if we send you faulty items.
In such cases, please reach out to us via email or contact us form and we will get back to you within 2 working days.

Which countries do you ship to and how much does shipping cost?
Generally speaking, the cost of shipments depends on the weight and volume of the package, the destination country and the type of courier.
We are able to ship to the UK, anywhere within the EU and USA. For prices for shipments not on the delivery page please contact us.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item's price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs could be prior to making a purchase. (Especially if your are outside the EU.)
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. Tip: please check your spam as well. It might happen that the e-mail goes there.
However, do note that your order will only be shipped when your credit card or your payment method has been approved, as well as your billing and delivery address are verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in — "My Account" if you are a registered user.
Packaging? Can you gift wrap my orders?
We do not currently offer a gift wrapping service. Orders are packed in unmarked new and recycled packaging.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We aim for 2 - 3 working days for dispatch of your orders. Please note at the busiest time orders may take up 4 working days to dispatch. Orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days, generally speaking. Once processed, your order should typically arrive within 4-8 working days. Occasionally it may take a little longer to reach you, especially if it's a larger order. Thanks for your understanding.
We deliver our customers exclusively from our facilities in Latvia. We will of course do everything we can to get your parcels delivered at the same time and as quickly as possible, within 3 - 5 days. Please keep an eye on your tracking code(s).

What happens if an item arrives faulty, or damaged in transit?
If you receive goods that are faulty or damaged on arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order via email or Contact Us page.
Please contact us describing the type and extent of the fault/damage and we will advise you how to proceed. But in short, for any item, we require photographic and/or video evidence of any visible damage, rather than a return - in some cases.
If the damage is verified, we will replace the item within 3 working days at no additional cost to you and you will be reimbursed for any reasonable carriage charge incurred by the return (if the damaged goods - in some cases - are to be returned to us by the recipient!)

How about Refunds?
If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you back to the method of payment you used when you originally paid for your order. The refund amount will be the total amount you have paid for the particular order or a fraction of this, depending on the nature of the fault at hand.
Please note: it is your responsibility to advise us of any changes to your PayPal email address, if you have used it to pay your order.

Product images & Descriptions
All though all efforts are made to update product images on a regular basis, product images are for illustrative purposes! Please note there might be variations in colors pertaining to products images because of the lighting environement in some cases. No replacements and nor refund will be made if a customer is dissatisfied with the color of any product. — No refund will be made for carriage fees involved!
Cosmetic Goods & Ingredients
All of our products are intended for cosmetic use and are certified and tested as required by law. The Products – cosmetics products are not food products and cannot be used for human consumption.
All necessary steps are taken to ensure that the cosmetics products sold and, in particular, their type, smell, color, appearance, amount or size is not confused with food products, therfotherfore does not pose a risk to human health and safety.

Are Aromanesque products safe to use during pregnancy?
Although all of our products are made with healthy ingredients and are thoroughly tested for safety, they have not been specifically tested on expectant or nursing mothers. We advise pregnant or nursing women to discuss any concerns regarding a product's ingredients list with their doctor.
How should the products be stored?
Store your goods safely away from direct sunlight in a dry, cool environment with a recommended temperature range of 10 to 20 degrees Celsius. The aging process of goods can be accelerated by humidity and sunlight, hastening their expiration.
What proportion of the product's ingredients are natural and organic?
This varies from formula to formula; for the most accurate response, please refer to the product description. However, a natural certified formula typically contains at least 95% natural ingredients.
In contrast, an organic certified formula must have at least 95% natural ingredients overall, 10% from organic farming, and 95% of all plant-based ingredients.
Does Aromanesque packaging respect the environment?
Yes, making environmentally friendly products is a key component of our company's ethos. As a result, our product packaging is recyclable and made of BPA-free materials.
Are Aromanesque products vegan?
With the exception of a few formulas that contain lanolin and beeswax, the majority of Aromanesque products are vegan. The lanolin and beeswax used in our formulas are made in a manner that is strictly regulated because all of our products have earned the ECOCERT certification. Every step of the process is scrutinized to make sure that animals are not harmed in any way, from sheep farming and beekeeping to how the ingredients are obtained.
Do the products contain any allergens?
The ingredients Limonene, Linalool, Citral, Citronellol, Geraniol, and Eugenol are the most frequently found allergens in products. Each product's ingredients are listed in detail on its product page; please compare the list to it to spot any potential allergens.
Are the products free from mineral oil or any of its derivatives, parabens, microplastics, silicones, or microplastics?
Yes! Yes & Yes! All Aromanesque products are guaranteed to be free of parabens, mineral oils, silicones, PEG, chemical UV filters, microplastics, synthetic fragrances, artificial colorants, and other potentially harmful ingredients.
Do the products contain alcohol?
Each ingredient in Aromanesque formulas has undergone careful scrutiny to ensure that it is safe for use. Not all alcohols are created equal, and not all are bad for the skin.
Please check the INCI ingredient list for each product to see if it contains alcohol or alcohol derivatives. However, the majority of products contain some traces of alcohol because, with the exception of oil products, the majority of plant extracts are produced using alcohol-based extraction techniques.
Therefore, even though alcohol and/or alcohol derivatives may not be listed in INCI, we cannot say that the products are actually alcohol-free.
Are the products free from sulfates?
We only use sodium coco sulfate (SCS), which has been approved by the independent certification body COSMOS, in our products. SCS is significantly less irritating than sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), which does penetrate the epidermis.
Are there any palm oil or derivatives of palm oil in the products?
We don't add palm oil as a separate ingredient to our formulas, but palm oil derivatives, like palmitic acid, may be included in another ingredient and are found in most products, albeit in very small amounts.
All ingredients containing derivatives of palm oil are RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) certified, indicating that plantations were grown in accordance with sustainable agricultural practices.
The scents in the products are they natural?
Yes! We do not use artificial fragrances. Without the use of phthalates or other synthetic preservatives, all of our fragrance compositions are 100% entirely vegan and are carefully crafted using natural aromatic ingredients.
What exactly is Ascorbyl Palmitate (Vitamin C) found in the products?
A reliable and oil-soluble form of vitamin C is ascorbyl palmitate. It is utilized in our products due to its antioxidant properties and is created by fusing ascorbic acid with palmitic acid.
Are your products COSMOS Ecocert-certified?
In accordance with the global COSMOS standard, all Aromanesque products are indeed Natural and Organic Certified by ECOCERT Greenlife.
What is the shelf life of Aromanesque products?
This varies from formula to formula, but generally speaking, most products have a 2-year shelf life after production. The products you receive will be valid for at least 6 months, but typically 12 to 24 months.
The products are valid for three to twenty four months after opening. Rest assured, however, that the packaging also includes an expiration date.
